Before ThinkCode, I spent years in technology leadership roles, building teams and shipping products. What changed was watching AI cross the threshold from “useful tool” to “force multiplier.” A focused team with deep AI fluency can now deliver at the pace and quality that used to require organizations ten times the size. That’s not a pitch — it’s how we operate every day.
