Text Message Terms

The Program

ThinkCode Water Alerts is a text message alert service run by ThinkCode, LLC. These terms cover that program only. It sends informational alerts only, never marketing. It is available to US mobile numbers only.

What We Send

We send a text when the Trent River at New Bern, NC is 2 ft above or below normal. We send another when it returns to normal.

Not an Emergency Service

ThinkCode Water Alerts is not an official or emergency warning service. Alerts may be late, wrong, or missing. Follow the National Weather Service and local officials.

How to Join

Text WATER to +1 (833) 424-0814. We will reply asking you to confirm. Reply Y to confirm. You will not get alerts until you do.

By texting WATER and replying Y, you agree to receive recurring automated text alerts from ThinkCode Water Alerts at the mobile number you texted from. You must be the account holder for that number or have the account holder's permission.

The Messages We Send

These are the messages you will get when you join, ask for help, or opt out:

• After you text WATER — ThinkCode Water Alerts: Reply Y to get Trent River level alerts for New Bern, NC. Up to 10 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
• After you reply Y — ThinkCode Water Alerts: You are subscribed to recurring Trent River level alerts for New Bern, NC. Up to 10 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
• After you reply HELP — ThinkCode Water Alerts: For help, email hello@thinkcode.ai. Up to 10 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
• After you reply STOP — ThinkCode Water Alerts: You are unsubscribed and will get no more messages. Text WATER to rejoin.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. ThinkCode does not charge for this service. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and Opt Out

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work. After you opt out, we send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also opt out by emailing hello@thinkcode.ai.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
